If you do not agree, please do not use our services or submit inquiries through our forms.
Products, Specifications & Quotations
Machine specifications, images, and performance data on this website are for general reference. Binding specifications are those confirmed in your signed quotation, technical annex, or purchase contract.
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote document. EMAR reserves the right to revise pricing if currency, import duties, or supplier costs change materially before order confirmation.
Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed only when EMAR issues written order acknowledgment and any required deposit is received per the agreed payment schedule.
Standard commercial terms include a deposit upon order, progress payments aligned with manufacturing or import milestones, and balance due before shipment or as agreed for local delivery. Late payments may delay production, shipment, or commissioning.
Delivery, Installation & Training
Delivery timelines are estimates based on manufacturing lead time, shipping, and customs clearance where applicable. EMAR will communicate delays promptly.
Customer is responsible for suitable foundation, power supply, compressed air, and access unless explicitly included in the contract. Installation, commissioning, and operator training scope is defined in your quotation.
Warranty & After-Sales
Warranty terms are set out in our Warranty Policy and in your purchase agreement. Consumables, misuse, and unauthorized modifications are excluded as described there.
Preventive maintenance performed by EMAR or authorized personnel helps preserve warranty validity. Neglect of basic maintenance may affect coverage for related failures.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EMAR's total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific machine or service giving rise to the claim.
EMAR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, production downtime, or third-party claims, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal dispute mechanisms.
Courts of competent jurisdiction in Egypt shall have authority over disputes not resolved amicably, unless a separate arbitration clause is signed in your contract.
Changes to These Terms
EMAR may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Terms applicable to your existing purchase remain as stated in your signed contract for that transaction.
